HyvFlow is MindHyv's comprehensive project management and workflow automation platform designed to help teams organize, track, and execute projects efficiently.

GETTING STARTED

  1. CREATE A WORKSPACE

    • Click "+ Workspace" on main page

    • Enter workspace name

    • Save to create

  2. CREATE A PORTFOLIO

    • Navigate to workspace

    • Click "New Portfolio"

    • Enter portfolio name

    • Save to create

  3. CREATE A PROJECT

    • Navigate to portfolio

    • Click "New Project"

    • Fill in project details (name, timeline, objectives, scope)

    • Define requirements and risks

    • Save to create

  4. CREATE SPRINTS

    • Within project, create sprints

    • Set sprint name and date range

    • Save sprint

  5. ADD TASKS

    • Click "+" button in TO DO column

    • Enter task name

    • Optionally set start and due dates

    • Click "Add" to create

NAVIGATION

  • Left Sidebar: Main navigation

  • My Tasks: View assigned tasks

  • Favorites: Quick access to frequently used items

  • Portfolios: View all portfolios

  • Search: Find projects, portfolios, tasks

  • Workspace Selector: Switch between workspaces

KEY BUTTONS & CONTROLS

  • "+" Button: Add new tasks or items

  • "Custom" Button: Customize views and filters

  • Status Buttons: Filter by task status
